Immerse offers safe and affordable housing on a beautiful campus close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and area attractions. We have both single and shared rooms available to meet your housing needs in a comfortable environment. Our prices are significantly lower than living in a college residence hall, and our small size will help you to feel at home in our caring community.

Housing Information

Rooms – The International House has space for approximately 30 students. Most are shared rooms. We have a limited number of single rooms available upon request.

Bathrooms – These are shared by 3-4 people.

Furnishings – All rooms include beds, dressers, closets, desks & chairs. [Note: Residents will need to provide their own pillows, bed linens, towels & wash cloths.]

Utilities – All utilities, including WiFi, are included. Laundry (washers and dryers) are provided on site and included in monthly cost.

Meals – A commercial kitchen is available to residents for preparing their own food, as well as designated fridge and pantry space.

Facilities – Soccer field, indoor basketball court, and bike storage are located on campus. We are also close to public transportation, walking trails, parks, shops & banks.

Staff – We desire to help you as you transition to life in the U.S. while you are with us at Immerse.

Location – Our campus is in beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It is one of the USA’s most historical cities with all the excitement international students are looking for including cafes, restaurants, sporting events, museums, and outdoor activities. Students love Lancaster because it is safer than big cities and they can focus on their studies without all the “big city distractions”.

“Thank you so much for making this community exist and we hope that this place will stay the way it is: a home where people feel welcome, safe and loved.”
